Can I return my order? Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products. What if I receive a damaged item? Please email us at ittracity@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll assist you with a replacement. Do you ship outside India? Currently, we ship only within India. For international queries, contact us via email. Is shipping free? Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders.
